Vanessa is a master teacher. The clarity of her instructions and demonstrations makes it easy to follow the class. And she is able to give directions for maximum value for each participant, regardless of previous experience. She is the best yoga instructor I have encountered!

Your skill amazes me because I had my injury for so long and you were able to turn it around when no one else could.

While participating in a six-month training program for the New York City Triathlon, I experienced a number of sports injuries. I was beginning to become very discouraged and wondered whether or not I would be able to finish the training, much less the Triathlon. Then I had my first few sessions with Vanessa. She really listened to my frustrations and understood how important this goal was to me. She discovered the smallest nuances about my body mechanics that have made a world of difference not only in sport, but in the rest of my life as well. The program she developed for me was manageable and effective, and best of all, it kept me moving! I completed my training program and raced my first Triathlon in just over 3 hours (my goal)
